    <summary type="html">same thing happened to me today.  I rebooted device, connect to VPN, and went back to the about cius screen.  The progress bar popped up and started to update.  I left it do its thing, rebooted it, and it's working fine.</summary>

My Active load is : sipcius.9-2-1IT37-8SEC, i have connected to VPN &amp; waited for an Hr but still no update in triggred yet, can i do something to force this update.
