Connect to RAVE and Install CUPC for Testing

Request access to the RAVE environment.

Cisco Unified Personal Communicator is Cisco's Unified Communications and Collaboration client. Installing this client on your computer provides access to:

  • Instant Messaging & Presence from Cisco Unified Presence
  • Voice Services from Cisco Unified Communication Manager
  • Video calling, which is an extension for voice calls

The CUPC client will allow you to make calls, see presence and send instant messages from CUPC to the user on Cisco Cius.

Video calling requires a camera. Due to the round trip delay from your environment to Cisco RAVE, this experience may not be optimal.
