CTI Toolkit Combo Desktop.NET sample client doesnt display call information

Hi All,
I am using ICM 7.2.5, CVP 4.1.1, CM 6.1.1 with one of my projects. The problem is when a call comes in, agent's IP phone rings but CTIOS client doesn't display any call and ECC information. By the way it is not happening all the time sometimes does it. Does anyone have any idea?

If you can duplicate this issue with the out of the box CTIOS Agent
desktop then suggest you capture the CIL client and CTIOS server logs
and open a TAC case.
