Need Info Call Conferencing in Cisco Toolkit Desktops

Hi,

Please give explain me how conferencing is done in Cisco Toolkit Desktop and please list out the events generated for the agent desktops of the confernece initiator and consultant and the original caller.

Conferencing depends on whether it is a blind conf or consulativive
conference. You will need to generate these for your environment (ACD)
and create your own set of logs for caller, intitiator and consultant.

Thanks for the reply.

In my case, it is a consult call conferencing in IPCC environment. Currently, conferencing is not working as expected in my lab. I had asked for the list of events only to compare them with my logs. I also referred the CTI developer guide and observed that there are some mismatch between the details of the developer guide and my log files. My problem is that once I click the Conference Complete button, all the calls disappears from both the agent and consultant agent desktops. But the phones are acutually put into conference and only the details are disappears from the agent desktop. The problem is exprienced on using both the Cisco Agent Desktop as well as Cisco Toolkit Desktop samples. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. In addition, if possible please list out the event sequences also, because the details in the CTI developer guide are not clear for me.

Since the problem is experienced using the Cisco Agent Desktop in
addition to the samples, you should open a case with the TAC using your
product support contract.
