Cisco CTI OS .NET Toolkit Release 8.5(2) introduces support for application development using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2010 and the .NET 3.5 framework. Existing .NET 2.0 controls do not need to be modified. Additionally, the CTI .NET CIL supports Visual Studio .NET 2010.

Note that Visual Studio 2010 by default uses Framework 4.0 You must change the framework for your CTIOS 8.5(2) .NET Cil project to use the .NET 3.5 framework.

Hi Folks,
Could you please let me know how to find the version of the CTIOS client API currently installed on a system?

We patched the client workstation to 7.2.3 from 7.0, recently. Is there any document which states what changes have been made in the API itself (if any) in version 7.2.3?

The release notes list changes to the API.

To determine the version, use Control Panel, Add Remove programs which will list the currently installed programs.

Also, you can determine from the logs in C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\CTIOS Client which will show the installation logs and there will be one for each version that got installed. For example, the latest CTIOS Toolkit I installed on my system is 7.2(5) and so there is a file CTIOS7.2(5).log
