Skillgroup statistics with Aspect ACD using CTIOS 'out of the box' client

Hi,

When using the out of the box CTIOS client with CallManager and you press the statistics button on the client - the CTIOS client shows the Skillgroup stats for the skillgroups that the agent is a member of.

However using the CTIOS client with an Aspect ACD - you can view the Agents stats - however the skillgroup stats appear blank.

Do you have to explicity configure which skillgroups should be displayed?
If so where is this done?

I have read the "CTI OS System Manager's Guide for Cisco ICM/IPCC Enterprise & Hosted Editions" but it didn't help me out....

I have tried to tried setting the registry key "DisableStatsMinimization" to "1" (had to add it in - as by default was not there) - but it made no difference.

Any help / pointers would be much appreciated..

Hi,

I have resolved this issue. The problem was the Aspect Agent was not in an Aspect skill group that was not configrued as a skill group on ICM.
Which of course makes a lot of sense why no stats were available!
