Cisco offers a canned CRM integration called Cisco Unified CRM Connector which utilizes CTIOS. For more information see http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps9117/index.html
or go to cisco.com and search on Oracle CRM.

The Cisco Sibel CTI Connector shall support the Oracle CRM?

Because, there is no specific connector listed for Oracle CRM in the cisco site.

Cisco provides a connector for Oracle Siebel and Oracle Peoplesoft. If there is yet another Oracle CRM I know of no connector for it. You would need to check with Oracle as to what API tools they provide to connect and you could then integrate using one of the CTIOS Cils and whatever API Oracle provides.
