Yes, beginnng in CTIOS 7.0 an agent can login using LoginName. If you are using the standard Agent Desktop, this must be configured when CTIOS is installed. If you are using a custom developed application, set the LoginName argument on the Agent object before issuing the login method. Refer to the .NET sample in the v7.0 of the CTIOS Toolkit.
