The CTI Toolkit 4.7 and earlier contained several interfaces.

If your application was written using the ActiveX controls and does not instantiate GeoDCS on its own, you can likely replace the CTI GeoDCS-based ActiveX controls with similar controls from the CTIOS toolkit.

If your application was written using the GeoDCS, Cticlient32, or JavaClient you will need to rewrite your application to use the Session, Agent and Call objects of CTIOS using either the C++, COM, .NET or JavaCil interfaces.
