Hello Friends,
I have one supervisor monitoring some of the agents in the team.
However I am receiving the below error when I am trying to logout the currently monitored agents from the supervisor
Real Time Status Team Grid window
.
The error message is “The specified device is not authorize for this service”.
The issue is intermittent and also happening with other supervisor/agents.
I have also checked the configuration for the supervisor and agents but unable to find any configuration defect.
Does anyone receives any issues with the same scenario? If yes, please guide me to sort this issue.
Thanks,
Nitin

I suggest you attempt to duplicate the issue with the out of box CTIOS Supervisor desktop.
