Matthew Rowett | Hi, I'm now looking at none realtime calls queued information via the eOnNewSkillGroupStatisticsEvent in monitor mode, which I understand refreshes at the interval set on our CTIOS server. In my test environment if I instigate a queued call just before the next interval (say 2 seconds) before then the next statistics Args that I receive is still showing RouterCallsQNow = 0 as though it hasn't had time to process the queued call. Is this normal and is there anything we can do to reduce this lag? |
