Subject: New Message from David Lender in Computer Telephony Integration Object Server (CTIOS) Toolkit - CTIOS Toolkit Questions: RE: New Message from Wade Samplawski in Computer Telephony Integration Obje

David Lender has created a new message in the forum "CTIOS Toolkit Questions": -------------------------------------------------------------- Wade,

Which CIL are you using? Can you reproduce the issue using the out of box CTIOS Agent Desktop? If so, open a TAC case for the CTIOS agent desktop. If not, open a Service Request using your CDN contract and specify Other for Technology and CDN Customer Contact Applications for SubTechnology. Be sure to attach matching CTIOS Client and Server logs showing the Answer request and the subsequent eCallTransferredEvent.
