When do agent statistics for the day get reset?

When do agent statistics for the day get reset?

The agent statistics for the day from CTIOS appear to get reset (as in the start of the next day) at 6 PM CST, or midnight UCT.  Is there a setting that determines what time the day should end?  I can't find anything in the CTIOS or ICM docs.

CTIOS does not have any setting to determine the time the day should end.
