I have an issue that is affecting a customer solution.

I have installed CTIOS 7.0 and 7.2(4) MR. However, it appears to me that the code for the CTIOSSoftphone does not match the EXE.

The code in "C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\CTIOS Client\CTIOS Toolkit\Win32 CIL\Samples\CTI Toolkit AgentDesktop" can not be built to create "CTIOSSoftphone.exe" as it exists in its own directory -- and in "C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\CTIOS Client\CTIOS Desktop Phones". Strange enough is the fact that "CTIOSSoftphone.exe" in both directories is the same -- and compiling the code results in errors indicating "'CTIOSVideoCtl.CTIOSVideoCtl' is not defined.".

Exact same thing goes for the SupervisorSoftphone!

I have understood that the code for the Agent and Supervisor Softphones should match their CTI Toolkit versions?

Nonetheless, more importantly, Can I get access to the code that matches the EXEs in FileVersion 7.2.9816.4?
