Is anyone know how to calculate Calls Abandoned Today for each skillgroup in CTIOS.
I can get values of CallsOfferToday and CallsHandledToday from CTIOS through monitor mode connection however can't receive CallsAbandonedToday field.
 
I have also checked skill group real time table and half hour tables but there is no way I can calculate the CallsAbandonedToday field.
