CTIOS client conference SIP Trunk not get remote hangup event

Hi,
 
We are using UCCE 8.5 with CITOS agent desktop. We found that when we conference a remote party through SIP trunk, CTIOS would not receive any remote hangup event after remote party hangs up.
 
Furthermore, we found that when we conference a DN which triggers an ICM script, CTIOS would not receive any calldataupated event even if ECC variables have been updated in the script.
 
Please help suggest,

If you see the issues with the out of box CTIOS Agent desktop, open a separate TAC case for each issue.



If you do not see the issues with the out of box CTIOS Agent desktkop, then examine the full set of UCCE logs for each issue (that occurs with a custom desktop only) to determine if the callconnectioncleared and calldataupdate events are sent from the JGW to CTI Server to CTIOS Server to the CIL client.
