I am trying to login the agent even if he is already logged in.  I set the registry setting RejectIfAlreadyLoggedIn=0.  But I still get the login error.... "Specified Instrument is already in use"
If anyone experienced this issue can you please share your  suggestions.

Can you duplicate this issue with the out of box CTIOS Agent Desktop? If so, open a TAC case to get help with this issue to ensure your configuration is correct and that you are using the same agentid that is already logged into the instrument.
