Hi,
i've received the following error:

815330867::CCiscoctiDn:emoticonnCtiOsFailure
(PGStatus:0
SystemEventID:10 SystemEventArg1:5000 SystemEventArg2:4294967295 FailureCode:10
UniqueObjectID:device.5000.29500 MessageID:eCTIOSFailureEvent
ICMCentralControllerTime:1343044863
Text:29500 StatusBarMessageemoticonnline
AllOnlineForPeriph:1)

Can it cause agent logout? What does "PGStatus:0" and "FailureCode:10" mean?

Thanks in advice,
Martin

Failure code 10 is in the table following the onCtiosFailure event in the CTIOS Developer’s Guide.
It means “instrument out of service” This usually occurs when there is a problem with the connection to the ACD or Callmanager.

Correction: Failure code 10 is invalid object state. PGStatus:0 means PG is online. It means whatever action you are attempting cannot be made from the current state.

Second Correct (Sorry) Failure code 10 is eServerConnectionStatus.
This "eServerConnectionStatus" error happens when for example CTI OS
Client cannot connect to CTI OS Server either because the server is not
running or it can't be reached due network problems. there
are enumerated values for SystemEventID that are used when
"FailureCode:10 = eServerConnectionStatus".
