Hello eveyone.I have request to enable sound whenever there is a call waiting in queue. ICM ver i am using is 8.5cti tool kit : ver 8I have CUIC and enabled threshold like when the call is in waiting the screen changed to red colour... But is there any way that we can play sound on the supervisor desktop or Cti toolkit .Would appreciate if anyone reple me ThanksRam
