We have a customer that is running into a problem when trying to answer calls.  Every once-in-a-while when they try to answer calls, they get eCallTransferredEvent event instead of eAnswerCallConf event.  After this happens the stations is stuck in the Reserved agent state and cannot change to a different agent state. Any ideas why the eCallTransferredEvent event would be fired when they are trying to answer a call? They are running v8.5

Wade,

Which CIL are you using? Can you reproduce the issue using the out of box CTIOS Agent Desktop? If so, open a TAC case for the CTIOS agent desktop. If not, open a Service Request using your CDN contract and specify Other for Technology and CDN Customer Contact Applications for SubTechnology. Be sure to attach matching CTIOS Client and Server logs showing the Answer request and the subsequent eCallTransferredEvent.

David

David,

Thanks for your response. We submitted a TAC service request for the issue.
