Using UCM Client Matter Codes (CMC) from CTIOS Agent Desktop?

Has anyone successfully used Client Matter Codes with the CTIOS Desktop?  Basically it is like a manual authorization code that needs to be punched in AFTER the digits (say a standard 10-digit outbound number) is dialed.
 
Customer claims they could enter this code with CTIOS 6.x Desktop (which apparently did have some customization, though unsure whether any was specific for this feature), but it does not work correctly with 7.5(6) Desktop.  Ours also has some customization, but nothing specific to DTMF or anything of that sort.
 
Didn't find much of anything searching the forums or Google, so looking for any advice!

Did you ever get any information in regards to your above post. I'm faced with the same issue and trying to figure out how to grab the codes

Client matter codes are not supported by CTIOS/ICM.

Sorry Andre - I was going to respond with essentially "I don't recall", because I think we may have ultimately heard the same answer, or went in another direction before we got one...but it sounds like you have the definitive answer from David! emoticon
