Can you shed some light on how to develop Softphone using CTI OS with .NET (C#)? Any information regarding this is very much appreciated.

There is a sample C# app that you can use as a template it is the .NET Combo Desktop. Not sure what you mean by how to develop. You create a session object to manage the session, and create an agent object and associate it with the session and login. When a new call is received, you use the call object to manage the call. To place a call use agent.makecall. This is all shown in the sample(s).

I do not know how you create an IP Communicatior softphone. That is outside the scope of CTIOS. You might try the Callmanager TAPI API forum
