Bill Webb | Hi Folks - Just trying to fill in some gaps in my knowledge that the documentation doesn't seem to be doing for me. I noticed there is a "WrapupData" field in the Dialer_Half_Hour table in the ICM 8.5(3) DB Schema Guide, and wondering if this is populated based on the Wrap Up code selected from the standard pop-up dialog box (the same used for inbound calls)? I'm working on a project where ALI Solutions (OnQ) is involved, and the customer wants to use custom disposition codes in Progressive Outbound modes, so I want to be sure ALI is looking in the right places for the wrap-up data, AND make sure I don't need to customize the CTIOS Outbound Desktop to make it all work!! (Not that I'm opposed to customizing the desktop, but it's not budgeted for right now!) Thanks! - Bill |
