One of our customers wants to upgrade from UCCX v7 Enhanced to UCCX v7 Premium.
Will this have any effects on our GED-188 socket based integration we have with their CTI?
Thanks

GED-188 is an UCCE (Enterprise) protocol. The UCCX CTI protocol is here http://developer.cisco.com/web/uccxcti
An upgrade from UCCX Enhanced to Premium will not affect the UCCX CTI protocol.
