In the Avaya switch, there is a terminology called VDN, Vector Directory Numbers, or CDN in Nortel's switch. I wonder what the terminilogy is used in the Cisco UCCE and how to request to monitor the events on it using CTI Server Messaging Protocol.

The UCCE equivalent to a VDN is a Service. This is not a way to monitor for service events. Only call events.

The UCCE equivalents to TDM definitions are found in the CTIOS System Administrator’s guide.
