    <summary type="html">I get this error only when there is no agent login on the device. When an agent is login I get SNAPSHOT_CALL_CONF as expected. This is a new behaviour I did not see with version 9 of GED-188.

I also noticed that message SNAPSHOT_CALL_CONF has one 32 bits fixed field just after CalledPartyDisposition. This field is not documented.</summary>

I tried with SnapshotDeviceType: -1 and I have the same result.
I also tried to set the ConfigMsgMask to 0x8 in my OPEN_REQ and I still have the same problem.
