Unfortunately I don't know the to your question. I'm less experienced than you... 
 
And I really need to know how to make the ghost calls through GED 188 into a specific queue/skillgroup. 
Could you tell me how could one do such thing? 
 
Also, if you could, I would very much appretiate how could I communicate with the service? Is it socket layer? Some specific structure? Any recomendations?

Now, how is it possible the trigger a beginning of a such ghost call (a virtual reservation call) on callBeginEvent?
