CTI server provides the CTI Protocol and Interfaces to the ICM PG.(Peripheral Gateway). CTI OS connects to CTI Server and provides a set of Client Interface Libraries (CILs) for implementing CTI applications without having to know the particulars of a specific ACD. CTIOS publishes button enablement events for CTIOS Clients to use.

CTI Manager is a Callmanager term for the native Callmanager CTI support. Further questions about Callmanager CTI should be directed to one of the Callmanager API support forums.

Could you please help me to have a better understanding of these terms in an ICM perspective. As far as I know CTI manager comes along with CUCM, But rest of the two is always a confusion for me.

Thanks
