I have a few days with this spining in my head. Do i need to calculate the info, or there is another way to get the data i'm looking for (ASA, Abandoned Calls, Average Wait Time) directly from an icm consultation on CTI Report?

    <summary type="html">Hi, regarding CTIOS Skillgroup statistics there is a set of available statistics, but what if i need more statistics to be placed on that set as the ASA, and abandoned calls? Is there any other way to pass or calculate it to the CTIOS Supervisor?
