If you are using the statistics grid you can customize it to calculate your own statistics based on the available statistics. See the set_UserDefinedCell in the statistics grid methods in the CTIOS Developer¿s Guide.

Hi, regarding CTIOS Skillgroup statistics there is a set of available statistics, but what if i need more statistics to be placed on that set as the ASA, and abandoned calls? Is there any other way to pass or calculate it to the CTIOS Supervisor?   Regards, Claudio.
