GED-188 is an UCCE (Enterprise) protocol. The UCCX CTI protocol is here http://developer.cisco.com/web/uccxcti An upgrade from UCCX Enhanced to Premium will not affect the UCCX CTI protocol.

One of our customers wants to upgrade from UCCX v7 Enhanced to UCCX v7 Premium. Will this have any effects on our GED-188 socket based integration we have with their CTI? Thanks
