How to identify the new Outbound ghost call (a virtual reservation call)

In CTIOS below 7.5.6 an Outbound call could be regonized by special call types.
 
Now, how is it possible the trigger a beginning of a such ghost call (a virtual reservation call) on callBeginEvent?

Unfortunately I don't know the to your question. I'm less experienced than you...
 
And I really need to know how to make the ghost calls through GED 188 into a specific queue/skillgroup. 
Could you tell me how could one do such thing?
 
Also, if you could, I would very much appretiate how could I communicate with the service? Is it socket layer? Some specific structure? Any recomendations?
