Unfortunately, that is not possible with CTX 1.1. But I think it makes sense, and I will make sure it gets into CTX 1.2. For now, the portal will need to remember the state if it wants to display that to the user. In any case, the lock and unlock methods will always do the right thing: That is, if you request to lock a meeting, the meeting will be locked, and if it was already locked, then it will stay locked and no exception will be thrown.
