Mark as an Answer Submit Reply with Quote Quick Reply Hi Mike, In the AMM API, the value returned for isDialout in participantsInCurrentMeeting will always be set to true or false, never null. I do see, however, that if our service layer sets the value to null, the API will falsely report isDialout to be true. Given that you see "Unknown" in the display, it means that CTX may have a null value that is falsely reported. Can you provide more details for this scenario? We will keep you informed on this. - John
