Contact Center

Delivers a powerful, fully-featured outbound dialing solution allowing contact centers to maximize their productivity. Integrates Cisco Unified Communications and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express to simplify campaign development, call routing, contact management and reporting.

Multichannel Express leverages the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express platform and is designed to seamlessly integrate alternative channels of communication, including email, fax, chat and video, into the common activities of contact center agents, supervisors and management.

Provides remote contact center agents with the ability to use Cisco Unified Contact Center Express with a PSTN phone.

This is a portal application that seamlessly converges CRM (customer relationship management) data and functions with Cisco Unified Communications functions in a single application and user interface that is automatically provided on the PC for incoming and outgoing calls on a Cisco IP phone.

Remote agents leverage their broadband IP modems for all call control and voice traffic, while Survivable Remote Agent monitors IP call quality. Should the application detect call quality degradation or disruption, the app will notify the agent and dynamically re-route the voice traffic to the agent's PSTN connection.

  • Conference Room Booking by Parsec

Streamlines and automates the process for booking slots in shared conference rooms using IP phones. This application is not yet available.

  • CRM Campaign Accelerator by Fidelus

Application generates call list and lets employee either speak to each person on the list or have the application leave a message (recorded just once by the employee) when reaching voice mail rather than a live person, significantly reducing time spent on campaign calls. Currently integrated with SalesLogix. Plans to add integrations for other leading CRM products. This application is not yet available.

This application delivers the capabilities of Cisco Extension Mobility across multiple Unified Communications Manager clusters for larger customers with a mobile workforce. Application requires some customization by AS for each customer deployment.

Designed to increase the effectiveness of organizational emergency response systems by automatically notifying and informing personnel in the event of an imminent or occurring emergency situation.

  • Locator by Fidelus

Provides speech interface enabling end users to ask the application to find a user or an asset by name. The application speaks the location of the nearest user/asset, and pushes a list of the nearest three users/assets back to the phone. This application is not yet available.

  • Password Reset by Gold Systems

This award-winning application reduces calls to the help desk by 25-35% by eliminating the need for users to call the help desk when they forget their password. Instead they can use an IP phone that provides speech- and Web-based interfaces to authenticate the user, reset the password, and read a temporary password to the user over the phone using TTS.  Target availability: August 2008

  • Voice Messaging Gateway by Fidelus

For large enterprise customers with multiple Unity clusters, this application enables users to seamlessly leave voice messages for other users on any Unity cluster. This application is available for sale.

Healthcare

Streamlines communications between healthcare professionals, hospital staff and patients by integrating Cisco Unified Communications with healthcare organization's EMR systems.

  • Horizontal Medical Imaging by McKesson

Integrates McKesson's HMI app with Cisco Unified Communications. When a radiologist views a patient study, Cisco Unified Personal Communicator automatically presents a filtered list of names of the physicians associated with this specific study. When radiologist calls physician, the Cisco Unified Application Environment automatically logs the call with the patient study number, and then logs the physician acknowledgement. This application is not yet available.
