Adding to links Rajesh provided, please note if you have been using
core-addendum on your 2.4(3) MCS installations, now we have
CUAE-coreadd-2.5.0.8318-BETA4.exe available that you can find on the
beta-4 page. You would be able to run this core addendum on top of your
2.4(3) core addendum.

Hello Nani, Since they are prerequisites, as along as you have those on
your box, you can go ahead with the install of CUAE. If you have it
already, you don't have to download it.

I followed instructions and completed upgrade. Now I have to verify the
installation of cuae 2.5 beta4.

• how do i verify this installation? I only have makecall and

answercall from 2.4.3 version. I tried Makecall after upgrade it didn't
work, but it worked with 2.4.3v.

• In the software prequisite section, it says Mysql 5.0 for both 2.5 and

2.4.3 version of cuae. With the cuae 2.4.3 v everything worked fine
with Mysql 4.1 version. is it a hard requirement to ugrade to mysql 5
with cuae 2.5 version?

Nani,

can you give us more information on what problem you are having. I see
the makecall failing. Can you turn on the verbose level and send us if
you are sure the configuration for H323 is correct.
