Is there a way to add jtapi devices to the monitored cti pool in bulk?
Or do we have to add them one at a time?

Jason, Although we don't have an option to add devices in bulk using the
cuaeadmin or mceadmin, you have the APIs to do it. So in case you are
using 2.5, you can use the management API to write a quick loop to
populate your devices. The APIs are available at
