Hi Gaurav/all,
Try to run the installer by right clicking on it and then select "Run As Administrator".
I had faced this issue few times and this worked.

I know this is only 2+ years late, but hopefully this will answer someone elses question that happens to land in this forum.
Make sure you turn UAC off, and make sure that you have the directory c:\program files\common files\cisco\logs. Don't forget you'll need admin rights as well.
