[Cuae-developers] Sccp barge question

Hi,

I have a question about barging into a call. I can barge into a call
just fine but if the other device on the shared line puts the call on
hold, the connection is deleted between the call and the barger and a
remote hangup event is thrown.

When the call is taken off hold (resumed) no event gets back to my app.

Is there a way for the barger to continue listening to the call after
the call is resumed?

Do I need to re-barge the call? And if so how should I tell when to
re-barge?

Thanks

Jason

Hi Jason:

Which CUAE and CCM version you are using ?

The API reference guide actually talks about this. You can use JTAPI to
monitor the real device and rebarge on OnCallActive status.

You have to re-barge the call. This is simply the way the SCCP barge
feature works.

Thanks,

Louis
