Upon the installation of ver:2.5.0.8108 BETA2. Everything works fine except for the management console. When I tried to open it (on IE, windows server 2003 VM). I ran into the following issues.

1. Error message on http://localhost/cuaeadmin

"Could not detect whether or not setup wizard has been run.msg=Failed to query system config value for 'setup_initialized' - Communications link failure"

Tried restarting the "mgmt-service-launcher" did not help.

2. Username and Password of the Cisco unified AE administration console after installation. Tried user: administrator and password: metreos. Did not work.
