| Hi Jon, Check that the AnswerCall is having incomingcall as trigger url. if the incomingcall trigger exists then if nothing is coming on the CUAE logs so it looks like that call is not reaching the CUAE. Basically when you are dialing the number 737500, just check the partition, Calling search space are properly configured so that the call reaches CUAE. You might need to look at the callmanager logs to see why the call is not reaching CUAE. Thanks Nabhonil |
