Callback activation deactivation using dialpad
Hi folks,

Can this be done? basically the idea is to dial 19 to activate callback and 119 to deactivate it. The idea is to emulate the way they do it now instead of forcing them to use the preconfigured softkey.

Thanks in advance
Antonio

Folks,

I just need a YES or NO, not asking how it is done but just if it is possible or not.

Thanks
Antonio

I would have to go with 'no' on this one.

There is a possibility that a CTI app could get keypad events during the call (unlikely, though, since it has ended with user busy), but there is currently no way for an app to trigger/untrigger the callback functionality.

Activation /deactivation will consist in sending  a message as if the user had pressed the preconfigured callback softkey once the activation/deactivation digits combination has been dialed..
