RE: Re: [Cuae-developers] References

Ken,

CUAE does support programming in C# environment (.Net technology). Here's a link to our API which comes in Designer (our UI tool), C# and Java form. We support UCM, Unity, Limited Presence from an API abstraction standpoint and don't have support for Contact Center APIs just as yet.

Moreover web 2.0 (webservices) support is coming up in 8.5 release (Q3CY2010). I'd be happy to talk to customer regarding this.

Product Manager, CUAE

Hi,

We are in a competitive situation and being challenged on our ability to program into our system i.e. communications manager and contact center express specifically. Take a look at the comments in this thread relative to the customer's development requirements. This conversation may be best served via a conference call with the customer. Thanks!

This is from my call center opp that I am competing against I3 on. I thought we could do this, but they are claiming that we are not showing this in all the docs / links that Dean sent over. Do we need to schedule a WebEx with someone in the BU?

Dave

Cisco is going to lose this deal if you guys cannot produce docs that show how we can program into the system using the three below methods:

COM
.NET
Web Services

Everything that has been sent so far only relate to API JAVA programming.

Thanks

It looks like Cisco has documented the IPCC Express protocol now.

This looks like it could enable a customer to integrate with IPCC Express directly with any language.
