when i finish install CUAE, the mediaserver service not start.
in "Computer management>services" i click start service "CUAE Media Server"
it alerts me "Could not start....Error 1075:the dependency service does not exit or has been marked for delete"
 
and when i use CMD to excute "C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\Unified Application Environment\MediaServer\mmsserver.exe"
it alert "This application has failed to start because libdtimt.dll was not found. Re-install may fix this problem"
 
i Re-install CUAE-mediaserver.
media server service still not start.
 
help me!!

Hi Aphisit,
 
Are you installing CUAE in SDK mode? I mean to ask that did you install the core-addendum before installing CUAE or did you download the 3rd party products separately and then installed them?
 
Which version of CUAE are you trying to install?
 
What OS are you trying to install CUAE on and what type of hardware is it?

i just re-install the new OS(WS 2003 for telephony from cisco)
and it work now.
