Umesh Chaurasia | We are working on a caption solution. While my caption/message screen is opened IP phone unable to pass DTMF to called IVR. Enenthough if services screen is opened during call to IVR, Cisco IP phone unable to send DTMF to IVR. Is there any configuration at CUCM end for above issue? Thanks, Umesh |
