We are working on a caption solution. While my caption/message screen is opened IP phone unable to pass DTMF to called IVR.
 
Enenthough if services screen is opened during call to IVR, Cisco IP phone unable to send DTMF to IVR.
 
Is there any configuration at CUCM end for above issue?

Hi,

After more test with Cisco IP phone i found that if I open help screen by double click on ? button (7960 phone) after dialing the IVR number then IVR able to accepts digits from phone.

Can anyone tell me which XML object used to RTP information on 7960 phone?

With the XML application visible and in focus, keypad input will be directed to the application, not the the phone UI - per my understanding the behaviour your describe is per design...no configuration to modify this behaviour.
