I am new to IP Phone development.
Problem:
Cisco 7945 series phone. When we store external phone numbers, while dialling we can select from personal directory, but when we receive call from any of these numbers - it doesnt recognize the name stored in personal directory to display, it just shows the number. Need a fix for this.
Need to learn what software tools to use and sequence of key steps for me to develop a solution for this. Any documentation link for assistance? Is there any third party app already developed that I can leverage?
