The solution needs to be highly scalable is it could potentially be used for around 90+ phones.

Can someone please explain the differences between the Metreos.CallControl and Metreos.Providers.JTapi interfaces to the CUAE.

    <summary type="html">Hi,

I'm trying to get the CUAE to record a call (using c#). I can get the call recording sucessfully but it doesn't stop until i terminate the call. Does anyone know how i can get the CUEA to record for 10 seconds or stop recording on demand?

  Here's my demo code

RecordOptions opt = new RecordOptions();
                    opt.SetTimeout( 5 );
                    opt.SetConnectionId( results.connectionId );
                    opt.SetAudioFileFormat(AudioFileFormat.WAV);

                    RecordResult r = server.record( sessionId, @"C:\mycall.wav", 5,  opt);

Many thanks

    <summary type="html">Hi William,

That would be a nice addition however VMware is not supported.

You can run the CUAE on it but not the Media engine, however this isn't supported either!

    <summary type="html">Hi,

I'm developing a Push-to-Talk application that uses the IP Service creates an RTPTx stream. I have a small piece of .NET code that reads the RTP stream that's sent from the IP Phone. I can save the bytes/data to disk. However what i cannot find out is how to decode the data into the correct audio format.

Does anybody know where i can find the definition of the packets that are sent using RTPT?

Many thanks
