Voice message access through CUAE/CUCM

Hi,

is there any way we can access voice message of a EM User using CUAE or direct query to CallManager.

Please suggest

Hi Vinit,

Voice messages are stored in the Voice Mail server (for example Cisco
Unity). CUAE does not have a build in API to connect to any Voice Mail
servers. One can extend CUAE to support this using by developing a CUAE
plugin.
