Are we talking SDK or production setup? Either way, the password in cuae-common.config actually isn't encrypted. It just a random string of alphanumeric characters (which lead me to believe that this is a production setup, since you can set your password in an SDK setup).
For 2.4.3, the password is in the cuae-common.config file as well as mceadmin\includes\config.php file. For the 2.5 betas, you also want to check the MgmtServuceKanger\conf\production.properties file.
Just curious, why do you need to change the password in this case?

I need to change the passwords for the MySql server our CUAE 2.4.3 is using. How do I change the password in CUAE? I don't see any interface for database settings and the cuae-common.config file looks like it encrypts the password so I can't set it there.
