I'm trying to add new users to one of the Phone Groups I have created, however whenever I do a search for the user's extension the search comes back with nothing....almost as if there is no data in the back end database.
If I do a search under the "user config" page then the search comes back with any user I request so it isn't an issue of Radianta being unable to contact the call manager.
Can anyone help?
